Since we are moving toward automation at Next, the focus of our products is no longer optimizing the efficiency of human tasks since most part within the processes will be automated and taken over by machine. The focus then becomes reducing human input on the frontend. Meanwhile exception management becomes extremely important, because human intervention is also needed under certain situation.
