Merchants had to go back and forth between different pages and several layers to complete a task. Reducing destinations helps users better focus on their tasks.

Intergrate with internal messaging app

By leveraging the capability of Flip, an internal message app within Global Souricing, Merlin enables users to intiate quick conversations around any products in the catalog. The conversations will also be saved and synced in the Flip App in their mobile devices.
